Meet the Doctors
Trisha C. Rogers, OD
Dr. Rogers is an optometry specialist with more than 20 years of experience treating patients of all ages. She provides personalized, thorough service and offers patients the kindness and respect that she wants for members of her own family. Dr. Rogers thrives on taking outstanding care of her patients, getting to know them, explaining the importance of eye health and various eye treatments and procedures to them, and helping them make the best choices for their vision and eye health for the long term.
Dr. Rogers graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1999. While in school, her clinical rotations were at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, Arizona with a major emphasis on ocular disease (especially diabetic retinopathy), Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix (emphasis on refractive surgery like LASIK and also cataract surgery), Luke Air Force Base in Goodyear, Arizona, and lastly at Pacific University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Rogers spent seven years practicing optometry in the Phoenix, Arizona area before she moved to Colorado where she spent 12 years working at a successful optometry practice in Denver. Today, she is the proud owner of 5280 Vision Care in Lone Tree.
Most of Dr. Rogers’ free time is spent as a “lacrosse mom.” She absolutely loves taking her son to practices and tournaments. She enjoys the outdoors, and on weekends she can be found skiing, camping, hiking, and reading. Also, she and her family are dog lovers and have two golden doodles. Dr. Rogers is very involved in community service and has donated her professional expertise to Special Olympics athletes and victims of Hurricane Katrina. She’s also involved with a local organization called Vonn’s Vision, which is a charity sponsored by Vonn Miller that provides eye care and glasses for kids in the Denver area.

5280 Vision Care
Complete Eye Care for the Whole Family
Mary McEwen (Office Manager)
Mary is an invaluable member of the 5280 Vision Care team. She wears many hats in the office and thrives on offering patients the highest-level of customer service possible. From greeting patients and visitors when they arrive, to scheduling appointments and answering vision benefits and medical insurance questions, Mary looks forward to providing exceptional care to everyone who walks through the door. She is an expert at providing advice on which frames & lenses will enhance your appearance, as well as best suit your needs. One of her favorite aspects of her job is seeing families year after year and watching them grow.
Mary has worked in the eye care industry for many years. She started her career as a technician for a large ophthalmologist group in Kansas City. When she moved to Colorado 20 years ago, she worked in an ophthalmology clinic and then for a LASIK center. After that, she started working for a solo optometrist, and she now fulfills an instrumental role at 5280 Vision Care.
When she’s not in the office, Mary enjoys her family and the many outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. She and her husband Brian have three children, two grandchildren, and a Brittany Spaniel named Oakley who has gradually learned to tolerate the youngest members of the family. Mary skis in the winter, hikes in the summer, and she’s currently working on her fly fishing skills, so she has something fun to do when she grows up!
